I ordered front brake pads for my car, but the set that showed up was completely wrong (not even the label on the box matched my order). Now I’m stuck dealing with support and waiting on return shipping before I can get this sorted out. Frustrating, honestly.

The weird part is, it took a bit longer than I expected for them to get back to me, but once they did, they were actually really helpful. So yeah, a little slow, but the support was good

The site said this would fit my car, but it pretty much didn’t fit at all. It ended up being a waste of time, which was really frustrating.

I ordered from brembostoreusa.com the site seemed legit at first glance. The prices were easy to find and the product details were clear, clear enough, but I still had that little unsure feeling while checking out because there weren’t many extra trust signs that stood out to me.
My order did show up, so that part was good, good. I just think the communication could be better, especially after placing the order. I might use them again if I really needed something, but I’d probably shop around first before making them my go-to...

The parts showed up fine, no issues there, but the warranty process was slow, slow. I had to send the same info more than once and then wait days just to hear back. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but i expected the support to be a little smoother.

The parts themselves were totally fine, but the packaging wasn’t great, haha. The box showed up kind of crushed, and the brake pads were sliding around inside with barely any padding. For the price, I expected a little more care. Nothing was missing, thankfully, but it just felt a bit sloppy and had me worried before I even opened it

I found the brake parts quickly and checkout was straightforward, so that part was fine. A few pages took longer to load than I’d like, which got a bit annoying since I just wanted to get the order done.

The packaging, markings, and fit all looked exactly right, no question in my mind. Installed without any drama and they’re stopping great so far. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the shipping took longer than I expected...

The checkout process was quick and simple!! I didn’t run into any major issues, and everything went smoothly.

I did get my refund in the end, so no major complaint from me. It wasn’t instant or anything, more like one of those things where you keep checking your email, then your bank app, then the order page, then your bank app again, but it eventually showed up. Kind of like waiting on a package, or a confirmation code, or a restaurant order that says “almost ready” for a little too long. Still, it worked out and I didn’t have to chase them a bunch, so overall it was fine.

After about a week of driving, the brakes definitely feel stronger and more responsive. There was a little squeak at first, but it went away quickly once they settled in. If you’re putting new brakes on, I’d say give them a few days before judging them too much

They’re decent pads and the quality is okay, but I expected a little better. Sometimes they do the job fine, and other times it feels like they only work when they want to. Not terrible, just a bit disappointing for what I was hoping for

I had a question about which Brembo pads would fit my car, and tech support got back to me fast!!! They broke down the differences in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated!! It did take one extra email to confirm everything, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall they were super helpful and I felt a lot better placing my order after that!!!
